Gentlemen, please be aware, most moisturisers on the market contain drying alcohols, which are used to give the lotion a lightweight feel & will dry out excess oil, leaving your skin with a matt finish. However delightful these benefits are, the repercussions are detrimental to your skin overall. Alcohol is an irritant and can break down and weaken your skin over time, we have banished drying alcohols and replaced them with natural fatty alcohols- because we care about your skin.

Delivery & Shipping

Bay One will strive to have your international orders with you within 8-12 business days. We work closely with brand suppliers and our local partners to ensure your order is delivered both as quickly and securely as possible.
To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery for all orders.
Our local courier will contact you to confirm your delivery date. If the date is not is not suitable, please contact the local courier to reschedule.

Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges

You cannot change or amend your order once you have received your order confirmation email.
You can return your item/s up to 14 days after receiving your package.
Notify us within 48 hours to qualify for Bay-One FREE returns service. Please note that your returns will have to be available for collection by our local courier within 3 days of notifying us of your wish to return.
If you are not utilizing our free returns service, you can post your returns to one of our South Africa hubs (located in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, and Bloemfontein), and send us proof of postage within the 14 days. We'll take care of the international return to save you money! Your refund will be credited upon receipt and processing of your item/s. Please contact us for further details.

Cancellations: you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order – please login to your account process your cancellation. Once you receive your confirmation email you will not be able to change or amend your order, however you will still be able to return your order.
Exchanges: Please follow the returns procedure above and place your revised order.
Faulty: If you believe your item is faulty in anyway, please notify us, we will make confirmation then arrange a pick-up and can offer a replacement or give you a full refund.
Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons and in cases where the seal is broken we will be unable to accept returns/exchanges for certain items e.g. underwear, earrings, cosmetics etc.
